The City of Riverside ("City") is seeking a qualified & highly experienced consultant firm, entity or individual ("Company") to develop an award-winning Vision Zero Action Plan (VZAP) ("Services") that aligns with the goal to eliminate all traffic collision fatalities and serious injuries by 2050 (if not sooner), establish a prioritized blueprint to implement proven safety countermeasures for each of the seven Wards as well as citywide, and develop data driven traffic safety campaign materials for educational distribution and safety pledge commitments from stakeholders. Any verbal communications will not be considered or responded to. Any Proposer who violates this provision shall be immediately disqualified from consideration as a vendor under the terms of this RFP. All Prospective Companies submitting a proposal must be listed on the "Prospective Bidders" tab on the City's bidding website. If the Proposer is not listed as a "Prospective Bidder" the proposal will not be considered. Proposals not received online via the bidding website before the due date and time will not be accepted. Hard copy proposals will be rejected. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
