Bid Valid One Hundred Twenty (120) Days Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 09/03/2025 2:00 PM (PDT) All questions related to this Bid must be submitted via online. The Project entails the removal of two (2) Existing Bar Screens (BS 01-2-2) and (BS 01-2-4) at Headworks building and installation of City provided Bar Screens and all associated work including electrical control panels as required in a phased manner and as directed by Plant staff to provide a functional turnkey project to the City. Any questions, interpretations, or clarifications, either administrative or technical, about this Bid must be submitted via "Q&A" through the City's Electronic Bidding System, online Vendor Portal. All written questions posted on the City's electronic bidding website, and Proposers identified as "Prospective Bidders" on the City's website will receive a notification via email. The final date and time to submit questions shall be 10 days prior to the bid opening date. Please refer to the website above for the bid opening date. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all licenses necessitated by the Contractor's operations. Prior to starting any work, the Contractor shall be required to have a City of Riverside Business Tax Registration valid for the life of the Contract; subcontractors shall also have Business Tax Registrations valid for the time they are engaged in the work.
