The work under this contract involves Title I Architect and Engineer Services to develop 35% design level documents for the demolition of the existing LG-manufactured variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system and its replacement with a 4-pipe chilled/hot water system. The Service Provider is responsible for furnishing all necessary personnel, services, equipment, materials, facilities, and other requirements essential to perform the tasks outlined in the Statement of Work. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and will follow FAR Part 36 procedures for selecting architect-engineer firms. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 (Engineering Services), and the Product Service Code is C223 (A-E Mechanical Systems), with a size standard of $25.5 million. The contract performance period is 35 days following the award. **Location:** March Air Reserve Base, Riverside, CA 92518, United States.
