The system shall be a biological treatment solution designed for efficient and sustainable odor control performance. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to supply the services and complete the work in accordance with the specifications. The work shall include, but not be limited to, the services outlined below. Due to space limitations and accessibility requirements, the Odor Control System shall not exceed dimensions of 7 feet in length, 5 feet in width, and 8 feet in height. (7'L x 5'W x 8'H.) Description Quantity 1. Fully assembled, pre-packaged, hybrid Biological Odor Control System including: 1 Biogas media for treatment of inorganic odors (H2S). VOCarb 36C media for treatment of inorganic and organic odors. Humidification/irrigation system including nozzle and internal piping. Access manway, ports, drain, and removable top. Integral Nutrient Reservoir. Electrical Control Panel, NEMA 4X, mounted on equipment skid, Relay Based Logic with Fan Switches, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), vent fan / filter, water valve switch, and water valve timer relay. Water Control Cabinet, constructed from a NEMA 4X FRP Enclosure, mounted on equipment skid, with irrigation solenoid valve, rotameter, nutrient feed pump, nutrient injection point, control valves, water pressure control valve, and pressure gauge.
