Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners requests Qualification Proposals from professional engineering firms interested in providing Program/Project Management, general engineering and technical assistance, administrative and planning services to carry-out the Santa Rosa County Septic to Sewer Program, grant funded through Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill funds. Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners encourages all segments of the business community to participate in its procurement opportunities, including small businesses, minority/women owned businesses, and disadvantaged business enterprises.
