BATHROOM - CLARIFICATION - ADDITION o BATHROOM: Remove and replace existing vanity cabinet, sink and faucet Install a new prefabricated vanity cabinet with an integrated top and sink and a new faucet. Reconnect the water supply and drain, set the unit level, caulk edges, and verify leak-free operation. o All other items under BATHROOM on Original Scope of Work to remain. KITCHEN CABINETS - ADDITION AND CLARIFICATION o CLARIFICATION - Ensure lower cabinet replacement of cabinet doors with current similar design. Cabinets should be all wood construction. Refer to Bid Manual for specifications. o ADDITION - Remove and replace all upper wall cabinets on the range wall and the sink/refrigerator wall.
