Addition to a sidewalk / parking lot in Milton, Florida. Working plans call for the addition of a sidewalk / parking lot.
Questions concerning this request should be submitted through the procurement portal by 12:00 pm on Thursday, September 18, 2025. Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is requesting letters of response and statement of qualification submittals from professional engineering firms for the Design of CR 191 Henry Street Sidewalk Project (FDOT-LAP). All submissions shall be considered in accordance with the Florida Competitive Consultant Negotiations Act. (F.S. 287.055). CR 191 Henry Street Sidewalk Project (FDOT-LAP) :- The project is for the Design of CR 191 Henry Street Sidewalk project (FDOT LAP Project), which includes the design activities of a new sidewalk along the east side of Henry Street from Municipal Drive to the south side of the Simpson Bayou Bridge along with the design for a timber pedestrian bridge to cross Davison Bayou (Bridge No. 580025) and Simpson Bayou (Bridge No. 580024). The design will also include an inspection of the existing sidewalk located from Municipal Drive to the Davison Bayou Bridge. The existing sidewalk may need to be modified in order to meet the design requirements. The project consists of all necessary services for the construction of the sidewalks and pedestrian bridges. CR 191 Henry Street Sidewalk Project (FDOT-LAP)It is anticipated that the NTP will be issued by November 17, 2025. It is projected that all work will be completed by June 17, 2026. 10.54% DBE goal
