Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tukwila, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Design and construct closed pipe drainage system along S. 143rd Street and S. 143rd Place. Provide a WQ treatment manhole and a flap gate at the outlet of the drainage system. Convert existing drainage ditch, located on private property, to a bioswale. Provide asphalt overlay, curb and gutter, and sidewalks for S. 143rd Street. Provide asphalt overlay for S. 143rd Place. As of Aug 12, 2025, this project is included in the City's 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
