Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

State Project Number 02JC0043 Replace Generator at Minnesota Judicial Building A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: electrical, mechanical, site work, and concrete construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Replace the existing building generator - remove/dismantle existing generator and ship new generator provided by Department of Administration, Facilities Management Division to new location from storage. Contractor will need to modify the new buildmg generator site to locate on the east side of the building. A crane will be required for generator placement. New retaining wall, drainage and fencing along with a new concrete pad will be required to be constructed and installed. New electrical and fuel piping connections will be required. This solicitation includes required insurance as recommended for the project's specifications and scope of work. It is highly encouraged potential responders review Section 00 73 16 Insurance Requirements as well as AIA A201, Article 11 of the solicitation before submitting a response. This Project has a 8% Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goal. Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a Subcontractor, the work for at least two (2) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since March 1, 2020, for General Contracting that involved similar project scope. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $500,000 or greater. OR In lieu of Responding company's projects, Responder may provide on the form below up to two (2) qualifying projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others which have achieved Substantial Completion March 1, 2020, for General Contracting that involved similar Project Scope, and had a construction value of $500,000 or greater. Project Manager and Job Superintendent responsible for this project EACH has had at least five (5) years of experience with General Contracting construction similar in scope and value to this project.
