Renovation of a mixed-use development in Proviso Township, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Project No. 578-26-1-6985-0001 The project involves the replacement of the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) at the Joliet Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to remove the existing VFD and install a new one in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided. The work includes electrical demolition, installation of new electrical components, testing, and commissioning to ensure proper operation of the new VFD system. The project magnitude price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. RFI's are still due 10:00 AM CST on September 10, 2025. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 180 calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
