The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel necessary to complete the Great Lakes Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades construction project in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and all solicitation documents. This procurement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses in accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127. The magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000 under VAAR guidance, and the applicable NAICS code is 236220 with PSC code Y1BG. The contractor shall complete the required work while meeting all contract requirements, shall provide the Unique Identifier in Block 14 of SF 1442, and shall attend any Post Award Conference convened by the contracting activity. Any specification references to guarantee period services or warranties outside the one-year warranty period in accordance with FAR 52.246-21 shall be omitted and not considered in proposal development.
