Site work and renovation of a medical facility in Proviso Township, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and services necessary to complete the replacement of six (6) automatic sliding door systems and the installation of an integrated key card access system at John J. Madden Mental Health Center, Administration Building. 1.2.1 Removal of Existing Systems The Vendor shall: o Remove six (6) existing electronic automatic sliding door systems. Properly dispose of all removed materials in accordance with local , state, and federal regulations. o Take precautions to prevent damage to surrounding structures. Installation of New Automatic Door Systems The Vendor shall furnish and install: o Six (6) heavy-duty, belt-driven sliding door packages (5 bi-parting and 2 single-slide configurations) with rough opening of 122X233, in dark bronze finish or equivalent on East Side of Administration Building. oAdditional sidelights sized to span the full width of existing openings.
