Renovation of a residential development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Project Description: The owner, Downtown Emergency Service Center, invites licensed and bonded contractors and flooring contractors in Washington State to submit their proposals for flooring removal and replacement within our Canaday House location. We are seeking a qualified contractors and flooring contractor to perforin all necessary work for the conversion of common area hallways, and various other spaces that may need new flooring. As part of the project scope, the selected contractor will be required to participate in an educational session facilitated by waste management professionals, likely coordinated through King County, to ensure compliance with best practices for the removal of existing flooring materials. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for tracking and documenting project completion, including the removal, disposal, and replacement of flooring. This documentation must demonstrate adherence to best practices related to material removal and disposal. These jobs are prevailing wage. Please submit separate proposals for this site.
