White County will be soliciting bids for White County - Portable Generator DW-PDC-12 project located in White County, Tennessee. This is a Public Works project with several functions for the White County community. The Work includes furnishing a portable generator and quick connects to 5 existing pump stations. This project is being supported by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), Coronavirus State, and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements are attached to this opportunity. White County Portable Generator A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of the White County. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
