**As of October 24th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project consists of two new on-ramps, one from Sunset Road to CC215 Beltway eastbound toward Henderson, and another from Durango Drive to CC215 Beltway westbound/northbound. New on-ramps at Durango Drive and Sunset Road are to include, at a minimum, hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement, 12-foot travel lanes, storm drainage facilities, inside and outside shoulders, barrier rails, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, ramp lighting, traffic signal modifications, utility modifications, traffic control devices, pavement markings, signage, horizontal and vertical transitions, mainline shoulder reconstruction, and other necessary appurtenances required to make a good, complete, and serviceable Project within the existing right-of-way. Streetlights on the existing frontage roads between Sunset Road and Durango Drive to be upgraded with LED luminaires. Project includes replacement of existing overhead signage as needed to accommodate the new on-ramps. New fencing and fence repaire along existing channels within project limits to restrict unauthorized access. Project also includes 1-inch UTACS overlay on CC 215 from Durango Drive to Tropicana Avenue. ESTIMATED COST: $24,896,190 - $27,516,840.
