This RFQ has been amended on 05 September 2025 to add a question due date and extend the RFQ to 30 September 2025. The 354th Contracting Squadron is seeking Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for a bridge inspection and repair study at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. The scope includes Title I Design Phase Services for inspecting 19 bridges and culverts. Tasks involve conducting a structural inventory, performing inspections compliant with the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS), and developing repair recommendations. The contractor will carry out site investigations, structural assessments, load ratings, and prepare cost estimates for repair or replacement. Schematic repair plans and prioritization matrices must be developed based on inspection findings. Additional responsibilities include reviewing existing data, coordinating with the Government to verify inventory, attending review meetings at key milestones, and delivering draft and final reports. The final deliverables must include schematic repair plans, specifications, cost estimates, and condition rankings, all in compliance with federal standards and Air Force requirements.
