Renovation of a military facility in Eielson AFB, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
A secure lockout key management system is required, featuring over 1,100 individual, tamper-resistant compartments controlled by biometric or RFID authentication. The system must enable administrators to assign user permissions, require checkout reasoning, set due dates, and limit the number of keys issued. It must also provide push notifications for overdue or unreturned keys and maintain a full audit trail. A touchscreen interface and integration with 24/7 video surveillance are mandatory. The system must be delivered as a single cabinet, with preference given to solutions offering remote monitoring, real-time alerts, and scalability for future expansion. A one-year on-site warranty, training, and phone support are also required.
