We use commercial grade vinyl plank waterproof flooring. In the bathrooms we use Sheet Vinyl Flooring 12' Wide. Replace all cove molding and transitions throughout the unit. o Furnish and install approximately 20 stair treads and riser with compatible adhesive. o Replace all interior light fixtures throughout the unit except kitchen. o Replace all interior slab doors. 1-32" slab, 4-30" slab, 1-28" slab, and 1-24". We use Hallman Lindsay Pro Kote interior paint, lo sheen, Custom CDA White (C12-L12) for the majority of the apartment and Zinsser Perma White Satin Custom CDA C-12, L-12 which is used in the kitchen and bathroom. o Replace all the windows in the unit with single hung windows, and picture windows where needed.
