Renovation of a military facility in Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1.The solicitation number is F3G2CA5191AQ01. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). 2.The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2025-05, dated 8 August 2025. 3.This RFQ is to be solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North AmericanIndustry Classification System (NAICS) code 561621 with a small business size standard of $25.0Million. 4.The anticipated contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The contract line-item number (CLIN)structure is as follows: CLIN 0001 - Furnish all labor, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to repair and upgrade automatic gate infrastructure at four holding pad areas (60950, 60951, 60952, 60953), in accordance with Attachment 1 - SOW [Qty.: 1 Lot] 5.Description of requirement for the items to be acquired: ***Reference Attachment 1 and 2 for specifications, descriptions, and additional information. a.Delivery Date: 60 Days ARO b.Place of Delivery: Nellis AFB, NV c.Inspection and Acceptance: FOB Destination FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services. (Sep 2023) REQUIREMENTS. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) 252.207-7004 Alt A, prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award. Lack of SAM registration shall be a determining factor for contract award. Prospective vendors should visit the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov.com to register. All quotes shall include the following minimum information: Product Specifications, CAGE code, SAM Unique Entity ID, Payment Terms, Discount Terms, Point of Contact, Phone, Fax, Email and Proposed Delivery Schedule. It is the responsibility of the offeror to contact the government to confirm receipt of the quote prior to the offer due date and time. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held at Nellis AFB, NV on Friday, 15 August 2025 @9:00AM Pacific Time. The meet-up location is at the Nellis AFB Visitor's Center at 8:00AM Pacific Time. All vendors must RSVP by submitting names directly to SrA Sedrina Welches via email at sedrina.welches@us.af.mil, no later than Wednesday, 13 August 2025, 10:00AM Pacific Time. No more than two (2) representatives per company may attend. Vendors who do not RSVP, will not be allowed to attend the Site Visit. Please send the names of attendees to Sedrina Welches and include the following information: oCompany Name oName of the individual(s) attending oFull SSN oDOB oDriver's License Number and State of Issuance oCompany phone number oPhone number of the individual(s) attending.(NOTE: Vendors will be met at the Nellis AFB Main Gate at no earlier than 8:00AM Pacific Time. Vendors are required to provide a valid driver's license [this must be a Real ID or two (2) forms of identification, proof of insurance and car registration]. Questions arising from the Site Visit, shall be asked, in writing, and sent no later than Monday, 18 August 2025 @ 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Questions submitted after the aforementioned cutoff date will not be reviewed or answered. Questions shall be submitted directly to SrA Sedrina Welches via email at sedrina.welches@us.af.mil. All responses to questions will be emailed back by Wednesday, 20 August 2025. QUOTE DUE DATE. Quotes are due on Friday, 22 August 2025, at 1000 PDT. This is an "all or none" requirement and will be awarded on one contract. Multiple contracts will not be issued. Currently has tracks and chain for manual operation but will need replacement. ii. 60951: No working units. Currently has tracks and chain for manual operation but will need replacement. iii. 60952: 2 Lift Master CSL24UL, 3 wired Lift Master KPR2000, 1 wireless Lift Master KPW5, 2 safety edges, 2 safety loops, and 2 sets of sensor eyelets. Currently operation on track and chains in place but needs replacement. iv. 60953: 2 Lift Master CSL24UL, 4 wired Lift Master KPR2000, 2 safety edges, 2 safety loops, and 2 sets of sensor eyelets. Currently operation on tracks and chains in place but needs replacement. The contractor shall supply and install the following components: i. Area 60950 1. Replace gate operators, a total of 1. 2. Verify power and connect to replaced items. 3. Install 1ea. 40-1 heavy duty chain 4. Replace Keypads & pedestal, a total of 2 measuring at a height of 65". Replace the outside keypad with wireless keypad in the same location and facing the same direction. Align outside keypad with existing Bollard to make flush. Keypad will be 12" away from Bollard. Replace inside keypad with a wireless keypad behind gate unit facing the pad (Attachments will be provided for more clarification). 5. Replace photo eyes, a total of 1. 6. Install safety edge on the opening side of the gate, a total of 1. 7. Replace the flex conduit from ground stub up to the operator. 8. Automatic weight detection devices placed on the inside exits (1 total). 9. The gate will need wheel and track replacements to extend longevity of gate operations to withstand weather overtime (wind). 10. 1 Mag lock will be installed on the rolling gate for enhanced security. 11.Warranty for all parts installed. ii.
