The proposed Huffaker Hills Effluent Storage Reservoir Liner and Slope Repair project will be comprised of the removal of a section of the existing reservoir slope and lining system, removal of existing fill, over-excavation of native soils and loose rock, reconstruction of the Phase 2 and Phase 3 lining system, and relocation of a section of the perimeter access road.
