All content viewed and/or downloaded is considered confidential information and shall be used by the Recipient solely for the purpose of evaluating and potentially submitting a bid for the Project, and not in any way detrimental to TMWA. Recipient shall not copy or otherwise reproduce any confidential information and may not distribute any information to any third-party that is not necessary for purposes of evaluating and submitting a bid for the Project. The Engineer's estimate is: $180,000 - $220,000 This Project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work described in these documents shall be conducted under a single prime contract. The following is a general description of the Work included. B. The project makes improvements to the Screening Facility at Chalk Bluff Water Treatment Plant. The project highlights include but are not limited to the following items: 1. Slide Gate Replacements a. Remove and waste seven (7) existing aluminum slide gates and operators. Cut all anchor studs flush with face of wall. b. Sawcut the suspended slab and make all other necessary preparations to install the new slide gates. c. Install seven (7) new, TMWA-procured, stainless steel slide gates. d. Various structural modifications and modifications to floor grating/covers as needed to facilitate the new slide gate installations.
