NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County, Nevada (RTC) is requesting proposals from qualified service providers for the Construction Management Services on the Military Rd. Capacity and Safety project. This project will increase safety, add roadway capacity, and improve bicycle and pedestrian facilities on Military Road between Lemmon Drive and Lear Boulevard. Other improvements will include intersection modifications, access control, and drainage improvements. Question Deadline 09/03/2025 at 4:00 PM PT a $29M - $31M construction cost estimate. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
