Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Wyandotte, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
***Bid was awarded to Cummo Construction at $1,743,000.00. Company information currently not available. The Wyandotte Nation is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to construct three,4-Bedroom homes and three, 3-Bedroom Homes and One duplex, funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. This project consists of (3) Three Bedroom Homes +/- 1,460 Finish SF, (3) Four Bedroom Homes +/- 1,674 Finish SF and (1) Duplex +/- 2,272 Finish SF for a total of seven structures. The site has been cleared and the building pads are in place at the correctsub-grade elevation. Water and sewerstub-out are already in place at each lot. The housesshall be full brick, slab on grade. Refer to the General Specifications and drawings for more detail. Scope of work: The six homes and one duplex will be built in Heritage Acres on Bear Road. Selection will be based on a firm's bid, ability to work with the Tribe, and experience of similar projects. The Wyandotte Nation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates, as required by law, applicable to this project.
