Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Richmond, Virginia. Design plans call for the construction of a 90,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of November 17, 2025, a design team has been awarded. The project timeline indicates substantial completion of the school no later than May of 2029. The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal ("RFP"), and the resulting contract, is to obtain services from a qualified firm to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for New Fairfield Elementary School in accordance with the Scope of Services section of the solicitation. Pursuant to Henrico County Code Section 16-43, the award will be made by the County School Board of Henrico County, Virginia.
