Contractors must demonstrate technical expertise in servicing a wide range of hvac equipment and be capable of maintaining detailed service documentation. Lakeland electric seeks the services of an experienced and well-qualified hvac service contractor to provide comprehensive hvac maintenance and repair services at all lakeland electric power generation facilities This solicitation is a request for proposal (rfp) which will be evaluated and awarded by a committee assembled by owner Contractors are expected to maintain responsiveness, professionalism, and a proactive approach to system health, contributing to the longevity and reliability of county assets. Non-emergency service requests should be initiated within 48 hours of notification, while emergency requests, such as hazardous conditions, must be acknowledged within 1 hour and responded to on-site within 4 hours. Vendors must demonstrate capacity to deliver timely, reliable, and cost-effective service This rfp shall result in a one (1) year contract with an option for four (4), one (1) year renewals upon mutual consent.
