Reference this document for the exact time, location, and RSVP instructions. THIS PROJECT IS ON BEHALF OF THE PORT OF SEATTLE AND THE NORTHWEST SEAPORT ALLIANCE. The Terminal 18 (T-18) Shore Power Project will install shore power at Berths 1 and 3 of T18. The scope of this project includes installing a new electrical feeder from Seattle City Light substation N1 to Berth 1. A new feeder will also be installed from Seattle City Light substation N2 to Berth 3. To install the new feeders, new conduit will need to be installed by means of trenching and horizon-tal directional drilling. New shore power substations will be installed at Berths 1 and 3. From the new substations, feeders will be installed to provide power to shore power vaults and outlets located on the pier's bull rail. Berth 1 will receive two shore power vaults and outlets, and Berth 3 will receive three shore power vaults and out-lets. After completion of the shore power installation, the system will be tested and commissioned to ensure the system is functioning properly and as designed. The Terminal will continue active cargo operations during the duration of this Project. Time limit for substantial completion of the work is 750 calendar days. The WMBE utilization goal is 7% for this contract. This contract has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). The Zero-Emission Shore Power Infrastructure Project is supported with funding from Washington's Climate Commitment Act. The CCA supports Washington's cli-mate action efforts by putting cap-and-invest dollars to work reducing climate pollution, creating jobs, and improving public health. this project Additionally, includes funding that was provided by the state of Washington, Department of Ecology. By submission of a bid, the Bidder certifies they will comply with all local, state, federal, and other laws, rules, regulations, and other requirements applicable to its operations relating to environ-mental responsibility, worker safe-ty, labor, antidiscrimination and anti-human trafficking. The Bidder/Proposer is also acknowledging that it will adhere to the Values and Standards of the Port of Seattle. A copy of the Third-Party Expectations is included in Document 00 83 00. The Port of Seattle, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, colour, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award. Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI has a right to file a formal complaint with the Port.
