Project Locatiions- EPCOT Central Energy Plant 751 Backstage Lane Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 Central Energy Plant (Large Maintenance Conf. Rm.) 5300 N. Center Dr. Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 The scope of work for the Central Energy Plant ("CEP") & Epcot Central Energy Plant ("ECEP") Chiller #8 Overhauls project shall include, but not be limited to, labor, materials, equipment and tools necessary to provide turnkey services for motors, compressors and condenser tubes for York-manufactured centrifugal chillers at the Central Energy Plant ("CEP") and the Epcot Central Energy Plant ("ECEP") for a 1- year contract term. Contractor must provide the following license or certification to perform work: 1. Contractor or Subcontractor performing eddy current testing must be an American Society for Nondestructive Testing "ASNT SNT-TC-1a" level II certified. 2. State of Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation ("DBPR") Mechanical Contractor License Contractor must have a minimum of three (3) years of previous experience in performing the scope of services. Contractor shall provide a reference list of at least two (2) clients where it has provided services of a similar capacity. It is at CFTOD's discretion to determine if a Contractor is qualified based upon submitted references. Start/Delivery Date Approx.
