As part of maintaining the safety and functionality of its infrastructure, the District is seeking an experienced contractor to provide alarm monitoring services using either a cellular dialer, mesh network system, or traditional telephone line service monitoring system. The Contractor will be responsible for providing continuous monitoring of fire alarm systems, including immediate response procedures and reporting services. The Contractor must coordinate and administer off-site monitoring of the District's alarm and life safety systems through a Listed Central Monitoring Station. Monitoring services shall be provided to the District's facilities 365 days per year, twenty-four (24) hours per day, and seven (7) days per week. The Contractor must ensure that daily system tests are conducted as part of the fire monitoring service to verify the operational status of the communication path. The system must provide notification of all low-priority signals via text message or email. The Contractor shall implement prompt response and escalation procedures in the event of alarms or system failures. All monitoring services provided must be in accordance with National Fire Protection Association ("NFPA") NFPA 72, 2022 edition or later and local authorities. Real-time notification shall be provided to designated personnel in the event of alarm activation.
