Renovation of a multi-residential development in Rodeo, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Question Deadline 12/01/2025 at 5:00 PM PT The Scope of Work (SOW) consists of the demolition of some interior building components and exterior components in three (3) fire-damaged units in Bayo Vista Public Housing Development located 1212 Mariposa Street, Rodeo CA 94572. Unit 740 is a three (3)-bedroom unit located at ground level, 2-story unit. The work consists of wall and ceiling repairs. Some exterior repairs. All fire non-affected structural and nonstructural components shall be preserved and remain restored. Interior and exterior paint to match existing throughout the entire unit, the kitchens and bathrooms shall match the existing texture, the remaining areas throughout the entire units shall receive new medium orange peel texture, one (1) coat of prime and two (2) coats of finish paint; resilient plank floor covers throughout the entire unit with all new rubber coved base trims throughout, removal and replacing all kitchen cabinets, countertops and accessories shall be replaced with new materials as per Product List Specifications, others that shall remain and must be thoroughly cleaned and caulk; bathroom plumbing work including replacing existing tub and shower and all associated plumbing fixtures, toilet, medicine cabinets, grab bars, towel and toilet paper holder or rollers; cleaning and maintenance of existing furnace and water heaters; Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing repairs of fire damaged building components including fixtures and brought to uniform building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing code standards; new 10-year combination smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detectors with non-removable battery back-up as per current fire and uniform building code requirements; removal and replacement of all damaged interior and exterior doors; removal and replacement of all damaged interior and exterior doors removal and replacement of all windows per product list specifications; new grip-strip plank floor covers throughout and rubber coved base trims per product list specifications, general clean-up and disposal; and other miscellaneous work as described in the work specifications (Attachment- D ). Replacements in kind are specified in the Product List Specification (Attachment- E). All required building permits and other fees (business license) shall be borne by the contractor
