COLQUITT COUNTY is accepting sealed bids on one (1) New Track Excavator (per attached specifications) for used by the Road and Bridge Department. Bids must be in a sealed envelope plainly marked in the lower left hand corner "SEALED BID FOR TRACK EXCAVATOR." It is the bidder's responsibility to have all bids turned in by the called time. No bids will be accepted after the called time. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the called time. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all formalities.
