Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes the removal and replacement of approximately 465 square yards of failed asphalt and 75 square yards of failed base at various Port Authority properties. A sixty-day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required. The successful Bidder/Contractor shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to OWNER in writing.
