The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials men Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Additionally, the successful bidder will be required to furnish evidence of Worker's Compensation and Liability Insurance in the amount as required by the contract documents. Final completion to be complete and ready for use is November 30,2025. The Erie County Conservation District board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
