Polyiso to be adhered to the decking and between each layer of polyiso with a two part low rise foam adhesive. 60mil TPO fully adhered to polyiso with manufacturer's standard bonding adhesive. All edge metals to be 24ga. Prefinished steel. G. 20 year No Dollar Limit(NDL) manufacturer's warranty H. 2 year contractors workmanship warranty. Manufacturers to be Carlisle, Elevate, Johns Manville or approved equal. Contractor will have 60 days to complete the Work after receiving the Notice to Proceed.
