The City of Bonner Springs is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to assess the current condition of the existing Bonner Springs Aquatic Park. The "Conditions Assessment" will serve as a guide for future decision making for the Aquatic Park in regards to budget and maintenance priorities. Scope of Services Evaluate the Bonner Springs Aquatic Park to understand existing conditions, Meet with staff to discuss areas of concern, Create a prioritized list of recommended improvements and repairs, Include a detailed probable cost of improvements and repairs, Present final report to the City Council Proposal Submission Requirements Cover Letter Proposed project schedule Itemized cost for services References Question Deadline 09/02/2025 at 3:00 PM CT Questions concerning the project should be directed to: Justine Spease, Recreation Director, AFO, CPRE, CPM City of Bonner Springs P.O. The City, at its discretion, may or may not conduct interviews of the firms. The City reserves the sole right to (1) evaluate the proposals submitted; (2) waive any irregularities therein; and (3) reject any or all Respondents submitting proposals, should it be deemed in the best interest of the City of Bonner Springs to do so. Nothing in this document shall require the City of Bonner Springs to proceed with the "Aquatic Park Conditions Assessment". All costs associated with the preparation of RFP submittals shall be borne by the respondent. This RFP does not constitute any form of offer to contract. An RFP Pre-Submittal Meeting will not be held. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
