Develop a purpose-built concrete high-rise affordable rental housing in Vancouver Island Region, BC and will provide between 90-100 units of housing. TIMELINE: Negotiated Request for Proposal is underway by BC Housing Management Commission ("BC Housing"), to prospective proponents for the provision of Prime Consultant Architectural Services for the project. The Scope of Services includes all project phases from schematic design through to construction competition and post occupancy as outlined within this NRFP.
