Description

Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Victoria, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 78,000-square-foot, 100-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

Develop a purpose-built concrete high-rise affordable rental housing in Vancouver Island Region, BC and will provide between 90-100 units of housing. TIMELINE: Negotiated Request for Proposal by BC Housing Management Commission to prospective proponents for the provision of Prime Consultant Architectural Services for the project has closed and a preferred proponent has yet to be identified. The Scope of Services includes all project phases from schematic design through to construction competition and post occupancy as outlined within this NRFP. Further update in late summer 2026.
