RFP # 2025-[insert number] Question Deadline 09/04/2025 All inquiries regarding this RFP are to be made in writing to Sherry Albury via email to Salbury@tompfl.com In accordance with Section 255.065, Florida Statutes, the Town of Mangonia Park, Florida, is seeking Public-Private Partnership (P3) proposals in the form of sealed bids from experienced and responsive proposers to lead improvements to and an upgrade of the Towns existing water plant. Proposers must demonstrate the requisite knowledge, experience, technical expertise and organizational and financial capacity to perform services requested under this Request for Proposals (RFP) The work includes: upgrades to the Towns existing Public Water System (PWS). The successful bidder shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, transportation equipment, tools, and any incidentals which are necessary for the property layout and completion of the work, as specified in the Bid documents and shown on the approved plans. The work includes but is not limited to increasing the Towns redundant capacity by approximately .50 MGD along with improvements to the raw water delivery system and portable water storage tanks. Additional upgrades are needed to the Towns water distribution system that delivers potable water to the customers within the Towns PWS service area. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all pages are included. Therefore, all Bidders are advised to thoroughly examine this package. It is anticipated that one (1) contract will be awarded under this RFP. The Town of Mangonia Park is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property. The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive technicalities and/or any irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award a contract to the bidder whose bid best serves the interests of the Town in the sole discretion of the Town.
