Renovation of a power facility in Shamattawa, Manitoba. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
Renovation of the existing washrooms for the Radisson Converter Station, including a new male, female, and 1 or 2-single occupant universal locker rooms within the same facility. The renovated space for the locker rooms must be constructed within the existing building by repurposing space that is used for other functions at this time. Washrooms are required in the Emergency Response Building (ERB). Radisson Converter Station has approximately 50 people fully staffed consisting of 38 males and 12 females. TIMELINE: An RFP for design has been issued by the owner; the awarded proponent will complete a facility assessment, development of a schematic design, and production of a Class D construction cost estimate. Updates will be made upon release of contract award information. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2025/09/05 at 4:00:00 PM CDT. * Budget is unreleased.
