The Contractor shall furnish a satisfactory surety bond in the sum of the full amount of the Contract in dollars guaranteeing the proper completion of the Work and the maintenance of the Work during the period of one (1) year from and after the date of the completion and acceptance of the same 01.R210362.00006 This project generally consists of: Rehabilitation of the 1,000,000 gallon potable water ground storage reservoir located Full blast of the existing interior wet coating system. - Application of new interior wet coating system. - Full blast of existing coating system. - Application of new exterior coating system. - Roof repairs and replacement of entire roof and the top 4-0 of existing side walls. Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the Specifications or Drawings shall be submitted in writing to Owner at least five (5) days prior to opening of Bids to provide time for issuing and forwarding an Addendum.
