Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Melrose Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Bid packages include: BP03 Concrete, BP04 Masonry, BP05 Steel, BP06 General Trades, BP07 Roofing, BP31 Excavation. Prime Trade Agreements will be assigned to the Construction Manager, Vision Construction & Consulting, Inc. The security amount shall be ten percent (10%) of their total bid amount. The bid security may be in the form of a bid bond issued by a surety licensed to do business in the State of Illinois, a cashier's check or a certified check payable to the Village of Stone Park. The Village reserves the right to defer the award of the contract(s) for a period not to exceed sixty (60) calendar days from the date bids are received, and to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive technicalities. . All questions concerning the bid must be submitted to Vision Construction & Consulting, Inc. in writing The project consists of providing all work per plans & specifications dated 9/22/2025 prepared by Design Bridge and Bid Manual dated 9/29/2025 prepared by Vision Construction & Consulting, Inc. 1733 N. 33rd Ave. Stone Park, IL 60165, and all addenda issued by Vision Construction and Consulting, Inc. during the bid period. Additional details pertaining to the construction project are set forth in the Bid Documents, available on or after 9/29/2025
