Ultrasonic Water Meters In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L.) Chapter 30B, Section 6, the Town of Concord (the "Town") invites sealed written proposals from qualified vendors to furnish approximately 5,628 ultrasonic, one-cubic-foot-registering cold-water meters and associated services as detailed herein. Questions concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing to procurement@concordma.gov by August 27, 2025 at 12:00 noon.Written responses will be issued via the numbered addenda no later than August 29, 2025 and will be distributed to those parties that have registered for the RFP package via email. Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B 6, proposals shall be submitted in TWO (2) separate, sealed envelopes:1. Envelope A Non-Price (Technical) Proposal2. Envelope B Price Proposal. Both envelopes must be clearly marked with theRFP title, the proposer's name, and either "TECHNICAL" or "PRICE." Envelope B will remain sealed until completion of the Town's evaluation of Envelope A.Late, faxed, or emailed proposals will be rejected. All submissions shall consist of the outer envelope must be clearly labeled "RFP #26-2016 WATER METERS". The Town reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, waive minor informalities, and award the contract deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
