Site work, paving and addition to a mixed-use development in Hartford, Michigan. Working plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of improving Ely Park in the City of Hartford through the addition of sidewalks, a parking lot, electrical upgrades, restroom upgrades, grading, signage, site amenities and landscaping. A certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the City of Hartford will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality in bidding or to accept the bid, consistent with law, which best serves the interest of the Owner. Question Deadline 08/29/2025: Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
