I. PURPOSE The Town of Bridgewater is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive Preventative Maintenance and On-Call Services for multiple town-owned sewer booster pump stations. Services are required to maintain safe, compliant, and efficiently operating wastewater pumping systems across all listed locations. II. SCOPE OF SERVICE A. Preventative Maintenance The Contractor shall perform regular, scheduled maintenance on all sewer booster pump stations, including but not limited to: Quarterly and Annual Maintenance Tasks: • Inspection of pumps, motors, seals, valves, and check valves • Lubrication of moving mechanical components • Cleaning of wet wells, float switches, and transducers • Operational testing of all pumps and backup systems • Electrical inspection (panels, breakers, connections, amp draw, etc.) • Verification of alarm systems and response protocols • Calibration of level sensors and instrumentation Reporting Requirements: • Submit detailed inspection and service reports following each visit • Document current condition, potential issues, and recommendations • Include photos and meter readings (where applicable) VI.
