The Work generally consists of improvements to the existing facilities which includes installation of playground equipment, the construction of an ADA compliant paved parking stall, paved access path and general restoration The work locations are more specifically identified in the project manual/bid documents and project drawings. All Bids shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. This project is subject to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania prevailing wage requirements. All paving work must conform to the most recent edition of Online Publication 408 unless otherwise specified.
