Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to complete the VBA Physical Security Enhancements project at the Wilmington VA Regional Office. The scope includes demolition, construction, and installation of physical security upgrades such as ballistic-rated doors and windows, access control systems, security hardware, and related architectural modifications. Work also involves electrical upgrades to support new security systems, coordination with VA personnel to minimize disruption to operations, and compliance with all applicable codes and VA design standards. The project is designed to enhance the safety and security of the facility and its occupants. Questions are due in writing via e-mail to the CS at Hanna.Karmazyn@va.gov by 4:00PM EST on 09-03-2025. Late questions will NOT be accepted. Answers will be provided via am amendment posted publicly to Website.
