Bidder shall submit a copy of the bid guarantee with electronic submittal and mail PRIOR to bid opening the original to the City of Atlantic City, Purchasing Department, 1301 Bacharach Blvd, Suite 310, Atlantic City, NJ 08401. The bid bond may also be provided in certified check and cashier s check in accordance with provisions within general requirements of this bid. Question Deadline 09/05/2025 Any challenge to the bid specifications shall be submitted, in writing, to the City Solicitor s Office three (3) business days prior to the bid opening date, via certified mail or hand delivered General - The contractor is hereby notified that all concrete sidewalks and driveways shall be cured in accordance with Subsections 606 and 504. HMA driveway restoration shall consist of 2 of 12.5M64 HMA, over 4 of DGA base course. HMA driveway restoration for commercial driveway shall consist of 2 of 12.5M64 HMA surface course, over 4 of 19M64 HMA base course.
