In general, the work involves, but is not limited to, selective clearing, excavation and grading, aluminum toe wall installation, water control structure, new tile installation, and seeding. This project includes around 9,610 cubic yards of earthwork, placement of an aluminum toewall, 550 linear feet of various tile installation, 28 tons of riprap and erosion stone, along with 2.1 acres of seeding Bids must be submitted on the appropriate bid forms provided and shall include a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%). Bidders must also be registered with the Iowa Division of Labor. . The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance/Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The estimated construction cost range for this project is $100,000 to $120,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
