Sealed bids will be accepted for furnishing only materials for internal wall construction of Phase 1 Cresco Shop. Materials must be provided per plans and specifications, and in compliance with current building codes for the region and the State of Iowa. A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond is required with each proposal in an amount as set forth in the proposal form. Failure to execute a contract and file an acceptable bond and Certificate of Insurance within 30 days of award approval may result in denial of the award and forfeiture of the proposal guaranty. All proposals must be filed on forms furnished by the County, sealed, and plainly marked. Proposals not directly obtained from the County may be rejected. The Board reserves the right to waive technicalities and reject any or all bids. Bidders must also comply with special provisions regarding bidder qualifications and subletting or assigning the contract. Sales tax exemption certificates will be issued to successful bidders and subcontractors. The total proposal guaranty is $6,250.00. Completion date is December 31, 2026.
