Reference Number 0000395964 The City of Midland is requesting proposals to prepare, seal, and install a traffic coating on the exterior roof of an existing concrete tunnel system. The project area is approximately 6,600 square feet. The contractor will be responsible for all facets of the project as outlined in the project specifications. The contactor will provide required equipment, material, and labor to perform the work. The City reserves the right to reduce project scope, if necessary, post bid. 2. SCOPE OF WORK: o The project shall be performed in accordance with the Invitation to Bid document, Special Provisions for Construction, and the City of Midland Construction Standard Divisions, which can be found online. Where conflicts exist within the documents, the Special Provisions shall supersede the Standard Divisions. o The contractor will determine the appropriate means and methods to complete the project. The point of contact shall approve material and methods of construction. o Contractor shall be responsible for the mobilization, maintenance, and operation of all required personnel and equipment. o Contractor shall be responsible for disposal of all debris generated from the project.
