This site requires multiple infrastructure, pavement, and security improvements. This site will be improved to match the adjacent corporate yard site at 752 W. Commercial Street Other Details The Water Resources Department proposes to construct onsite utility infrastructure, establish walls, fences, gates, and build a paved parking lot. Existing onsite gravel, soil, and earthwork shall be removed as needed to construct the asphalt concrete parking lot. To secure the site and protect employees electric lights, cameras, and alarms will be installed onsite. The site will be constructed to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, local, and state construction standards. Demolition of some existing vertical infrastructure may occur and all debris shall be removed.
