The City of Pomona is seeking bids for Pump Efficiency Testing and Hydraulic Services including volumetric meter testing to be awarded as a multi-year contract. Required Qualifications and Experience: Contractor shall possess tools, equipment and experience necessary to perform Hydraulic pump efficiency and meter testing, as well as providing signed reports of such tests. This solicitation does not commit the City to award a contract. The City reserves the right at its sole discretion to: 1. Reject responses received after the due date and time specified. The City will not return late submittals. Late submittals will be destroyed by the City 30 days after opening. 2. Cancel the entire solicitation at any time time, and re-advertise when determined to be in the City's best interest. 3. Accept or reject any and all submittals, waive any minor errors, informalities, and procedures without penalty to the extent permitted by law. 4. Be the final judge as to which response is the most qualified. 5. Consider any of the following as non-responsive and subject to rejection for this solicitation: a. Responses from Respondent that are not registered as a prospective bidder in PlanetBids for the City of Pomona for this specific solicitation; b. Responses containing items not specified; c. Responses containing incorrect items; d. Responses that do not respond to items in the manner specified; e. Responses received by in person, telephone, email or facsimile; f. Responses that fail to specifically provide the information requested; and g. Responses otherwise not compliant with the instructions and requirements.
